Van Dough is a premium brand within an Australian-based bakery chain. With years of expertise in the bakery industry, Van Dough possesses proprietary processes and artisanal recipes that create the unique flavors found in their diverse range of products—from traditional breads, croissants, and savory pies to signature doughnuts and various specialty pastries. To achieve this excellence, Van Dough’s artisans meticulously oversee every stage of production, from kneading and shaping the dough to the final bake. This dedication ensures that every product reaching the customer is fresh, fragrant, and served warm daily.

STORE DESIGN

Following the successful launch of the brand identity and logo for their new product line, Van Dough has expanded its business scale by opening stores within major shopping centers. For this expansion, Van Dough continued to place its trust in The Monest team to design the signage and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for their outlets.

Van Dough’s primary requirement was for the signage and POSM to be perfectly synchronized with the brand’s new color palette and logo. At the same time, the designs needed to ensure high aesthetic appeal to attract customers and drive revenue growth.

THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Despite the geographical distance between Vietnam and Australia, The Monest and Van Dough collaborated seamlessly to execute the project phases efficiently.

The team developed signage designs based on Van Dough’s specific requirements, ensuring consistency in color schemes and the overall layout of the stores. Thanks to a foundation of strong mutual trust, upon the successful completion of the signage, The Monest was further commissioned to create exclusive promotional designs for the stores’ grand opening events.
