CLIENT’S OBJECTIVES

Following the strategic repositioning of the institutional brand, HUFLIT necessitated a digital interface that achieved absolute visual synchronization with the new Identity System. Simultaneously, the platform was required to house a comprehensive data ecosystem, ranging from macro-institutional overviews to granular details regarding specific academic faculties. HUFLIT further mandated that the new website optimize the User Experience (UX), ensuring critical information was intuitively discoverable. The content strategy required a systemic arrangement, characterized by logical taxonomy and strong inter-page connectivity.

STRATEGIC CHALLENGES

The Monest team faced the complex task of decoding the interconnectivity of the university’s diverse academic fields and operational activities to engineer an appropriate Information Architecture (IA). With a site map expanding to 29 distinct interface typologies, The Monest was required to orchestrate a navigational hierarchy that was both systematic and user-centric, ensuring seamless information retrieval. Furthermore, the website serves as a critical touchpoint for recruitment communication and a bridge for stakeholder engagement (Parents – Students). Consequently, systemic integrity and meticulous visual consistency were non-negotiable prerequisites.

WEB DESIGN SOLUTION

The Monest executed a comprehensive research phase and proposed a UX/UI Design Strategy grounded in the client’s specific imperatives. We engineered a modular layout architecture covering all 29 page templates, ensuring visual unity and content that was both accurate and sufficient relative to the University’s brief.

To deliver a high-performance interface, The Monest analyzed layouts based on usability heuristics: readability, findability, and synchronization. The Typography and Chromatic Strategy adhered strictly to the Visual Identity System (VIS) standards to reinforce HUFLIT’s unique brand character. Regarding Information Architecture, The Monest prioritized high-value data points on the Home Page hierarchy, thereby streamlining access and optimizing the user journey. Simultaneously, this systematic data arrangement significantly amplified the efficacy of the University’s enrollment mobilization workflows.

Finally, the team implemented a dual-language interface (Vietnamese – English) to embody the University’s spirit of international integration during this pivotal transitional phase.

CLIENT’S  FEEDBACK & OUTCOME 

The revamped digital ecosystem of HUFLIT, re-engineered by The Monest, garnered unanimous positive endorsement from the University Board of Directors. The website successfully aligns with the Institutional Brand Identity, fulfilling its core function of information dissemination and student activity management. Crucially, the platform has contributed to making the recruitment and enrollment process more rapid, effective, and comprehensive.
